Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the cili88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of your membership.

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. The cili88 platform is strictly for adults. Registration by minors is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be registering and acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee of cili88 or any of its affiliated software providers, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Microgaming.
• You must not be located in, or accessing cili88 from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the cili88 platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether placed through cili88's own responsible gaming tools or through any third-party gambling self-exclusion scheme.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Account Registration

To access betting and gaming features on cili88, you must register a personal Account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times.

During registration, you will be required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document;
• A valid email address that you own and actively manage;
• A mobile telephone number registered in Indonesia;
• Your date of birth, confirming you are at least 21 years of age;
• A username and a secure password of your own choosing.

You are permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. cili88 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to forfeit all associated balances and bonus credits without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. cili88 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any wager placed or transaction initiated using your login credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cili88 support immediately via live chat.

cili88 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, where it determines that the registration is inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions or applicable regulatory requirements.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

cili88 is committed to operating a safe, fair, and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all Account holders are required to complete a KYC verification process before any withdrawal is processed. KYC verification may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large deposit amounts, or at cili88's discretion at any point during the account lifecycle.

KYC verification requires you to submit clear digital copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence (SIM) showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A bank statement, utility bill, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A copy of the bank account passbook or e-wallet account screen (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) confirming that the deposit method is registered in your name.

cili88 will process KYC submissions within two (2) business days of receiving complete documentation. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for additional information, and the verification clock will reset upon receipt of the resubmission. Withdrawal requests will remain in a pending state until KYC verification is successfully completed.

All KYC documents are handled in strict accordance with cili88's Privacy Policy. Documents are processed securely and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable regulatory obligations.

Deposits

cili88 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by cili88, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction limits independently of the cili88 platform.

Deposits via bank transfer are credited to your cili88 Account upon confirmation of receipt from the receiving bank, typically within five (5) minutes during standard banking hours. E-wallet deposits are generally credited within sixty (60) seconds. cili88 does not levy any processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the deposit account holder's name does not match the registered cili88 Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the Account being flagged for review.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Account management section of the cili88 platform. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum withdrawal amount per single transaction is Rp 50.000.000; players wishing to withdraw larger amounts may submit multiple requests.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed (see Clause 4);
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used on the Account;
• The withdrawal must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Account holder's name;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to the Account balance must be satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed (see Clause 7);
• cili88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above Rp 10.000.000 as part of its anti-money-laundering procedures.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes. VIP-tier members benefit from priority withdrawal processing.

cili88 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing in cases where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected. In such cases, cili88 will notify the Account holder and may request additional verification documentation before releasing funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

cili88 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this clause, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification;
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to Indonesian residents aged 21 and above only;
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money funds and/or bonus funds as specified; free spin winnings may be subject to separate wagering requirements;
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Account, per household, and per device. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus multiple times — through duplicate accounts or by other means — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• cili88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already claimed by eligible players at the time of cancellation will be honoured subject to the stated wagering requirements;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour will be voided without compensation.

Specific promotional terms — including minimum qualifying deposit amounts, game contribution percentages, maximum bet per round during bonus play, and bonus expiry periods — are published on the relevant promotion page within the cili88 platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the cili88 platform across all product verticals, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, Bola Tangkas, and Domino QQ.

• All wagers are final once confirmed by the platform. Bets cannot be voided or amended by the player after confirmation, except where an in-play cash-out feature is explicitly offered and available for that market.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event, per game, and per product vertical. Current limits are displayed within each game or market interface and are subject to change.
• In the event of a technical failure — including but not limited to server outage, game malfunction, or disconnection — cili88's transaction logs will serve as the definitive record. cili88 will not be liable for bets lost as a result of a player's own connection failure.
• Sportsbook wagers on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, badminton, esports, and all other markets are subject to the specific rules for each sport as published in the sportsbook rules section of the cili88 platform.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to return a profit. If one or more selections are voided (e.g., due to a match postponement), those selections are removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections stand.
• Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled in accordance with the official Asian handicap rules as published in the cili88 sportsbook rules. Half-time scores, extra time, and penalty shoot-outs are treated in accordance with the specific market rules for each event.
• All live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, and sic bo — are governed by the rules of the respective game studio (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming, WM Casino, Dream Gaming) and are conducted under those studios' certified RNG or live-dealer procedures.
• cili88 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on the wrong market, or placed at a clearly erroneous price due to a pricing feed error or human error.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cili88 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with cili88 support;
• Money Laundering: Using the cili88 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to structure transactions in a manner designed to conceal their origin;
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus terms through duplicate accounts, collusion, matched betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other means not consistent with good-faith participation;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in Domino QQ or Bola Tangkas poker rooms;
• Use of Automated Tools: Deploying bots, scripts, software agents, or any automated tool to interact with the cili88 platform in place of genuine human gameplay;
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or dispute with a bank or e-wallet provider for a deposit that was received and applied correctly to your cili88 Account;
• Minor Access: Registering an Account while under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 years of age to access your Account;
• Account Sharing: Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to use your Account to place wagers or conduct transactions.

Account Suspension & Closure

cili88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may give rise to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity;
• A request from a law enforcement agency, regulatory body, or financial institution;
• A player's own request for self-exclusion submitted through the responsible gaming tools;
• Account inactivity — defined as no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

In the event of Account closure where no breach has been identified, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Account holder via the most recently used withdrawal method within ten (10) business days, subject to any applicable KYC requirements. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon Account closure in all circumstances.

Where Account closure results from a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, cili88 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation and, where fraud or money laundering is established, to retain the balance in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cili88 platform — including but not limited to the cili88 brand name, logo, website design, graphic elements, software interface, game assets, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of cili88 or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cili88 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, broadcast, or transmit any cili88 content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any cili88 software or game engine;

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cili88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• The outcome of any wager, bet, or game session on the cili88 platform;
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the cili88 platform due to technical issues, server maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Errors in odds, prices, or payouts arising from a software feed failure, provided that cili88 takes reasonable corrective action upon becoming aware of the error;
• Any financial loss resulting from your reliance on information published on the cili88 platform, including game RTP percentages, sports statistics, or promotional terms.

Nothing in this clause shall limit cili88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

cili88's total aggregate liability to any individual player in any calendar month shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their cili88 Account during that calendar month.

Privacy & Data Protection

cili88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and platform use is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have consented — marketing communications. cili88 does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by cili88, subject to cili88's legal obligations to retain certain data under applicable anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer regulations. Your continued use of the cili88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cili88 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the cili88 platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice from the complaining party, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitral authority in cili88's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents cili88 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent irreparable harm.
